neurOS ("we," "us," "our") operates the neurOS mobile application (the "App") and website at getneuros.app (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding that data.
The short version: We collect behavioral and wellness data to power personalized ADHD coaching. We never sell your data. Your conversations with the AI coach are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. By default, your conversations are not used to improve our AI models — you can opt in to help us improve neurOS in Settings. You can delete all your data at any time.

If you submit feedback or report a bug, we collect your message, the feedback category, and device/app context (screen name, app version, device type, operating system).

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data. By default, we do not use your conversations to improve or train our AI models. If you choose to opt in via the "Help improve neurOS" setting, we may retain your conversations to refine our coaching quality — including reviewing conversations, building evaluation datasets, and, in the future, developing custom AI models specialized for ADHD coaching. This setting is off by default and can be turned off at any time.
We share data with the following service providers, solely to operate the App:

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We select providers with strong privacy commitments and data protection standards.

All data you've provided is accessible through the App (check-ins, conversations, systems, insights).
You can request complete deletion of all your data at any time by emailing support@getneuros.app. We will delete all data associated with your account within 30 days. This includes all check-ins, conversations, systems, patterns, and account information. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
You may request an export of your data in a machine-readable format by contacting us at the email above.
You can disable all notifications at any time through the App's notification settings or your device settings.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of the sale of your data. We do not sell personal information.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights including: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. Our lawful basis for processing is your consent (provided at account creation) and legitimate interest (to operate and improve the service). Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
neurOS is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
neurOS is an AI-powered coaching tool, not a medical device, clinical treatment, or healthcare service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The coaching, patterns, and insights provided by neurOS are for informational and self-management purposes only and should never replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about your health.
We may in the future anonymize and aggregate user data to:
If we make material changes to how we use your data, we will notify you via the App or email and update this policy accordingly. Anonymized data cannot be traced back to any individual user.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
